FXAN Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the FXAN Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (the “Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Program is operated by FXAN Group d.o.o. (the “Company”, “FXAN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2.1. The Program is open to individuals and legal entities.
2.2. Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
2.3. There are no restricted countries or regions for participation.
2.4. All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval.
2.5. To apply, potential affiliates must contact affiliates@forexanalysis.com.
2.6. FXAN reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
3.1. The Program operates on a revenue share commission model.
3.2. Approved Affiliates receive a 10 percent commission on qualifying purchases made using their unique affiliate discount code.
3.3. Each Affiliate is provided with a unique discount code, which provides the end customer with a 10 percent discount.
3.4. Commissions are calculated exclusively based on successful purchases where the Affiliate’s unique discount code is applied at checkout.
3.5. The commission duration is lifetime, provided the customer continues to use the Affiliate’s unique discount code for each purchase.
4.1. Eligible products include all products available on the FXAN website for which the Affiliate’s discount code is applicable.
4.2. Excluded products or offers include any products, services, or promotions where the discount code cannot be applied.
5.1. Affiliate tracking is conducted exclusively through the use of unique discount codes.
5.2. FXAN does not use referral links, cookies, or click based attribution systems for this Program.
5.3. Commissions are only attributed when the discount code assigned to the Affiliate is successfully used at checkout.
6.1. The minimum payout threshold is EUR 200.
6.2. Payouts are processed once the Affiliate reaches EUR 200 or any multiple thereof, including but not limited to EUR 400, EUR 600, or EUR 1,000.
6.3. Payouts are made only via bank transfer.
6.4. Affiliates are required to submit a valid invoice for each payout request.
6.5. No KYC documentation is required.
6.6. All payouts are processed in EUR.
6.7. FXAN reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, compliance review, or breach of these Terms.
7.1. Any commissions generated from transactions that are later refunded, charged back, or reversed will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
7.2. Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to:
Self referrals
Incentivized traffic
Fake or duplicate accounts
Misleading, deceptive, or false claims
7.3. FXAN Group d.o.o. reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions in cases of suspected or confirmed fraud or abuse.
8.1. Permitted traffic sources include websites, YouTube, social media platforms, email marketing, and paid advertising.
8.2. Prohibited promotion locations include:
FXAN owned social media channels including Instagram and X
FXAN community channels including Telegram and Discord
Any other platforms or properties owned or operated by FXAN Group d.o.o.
8.3. Brand keyword bidding in paid advertising is permitted.
8.4. Affiliates may use FXAN branding and logos in marketing materials across websites, social media, and other promotional channels.
8.5. Affiliates must not present FXAN content as financial advice, must not make profit guarantees, and must include appropriate risk disclaimers where applicable.
9.1. All FXAN trademarks, logos, brand materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of FXAN Group d.o.o.
9.2. No ownership rights are transferred to the Affiliate under this Program.
9.3. FXAN reserves the right to request modification or removal of any Affiliate content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
10.1. FXAN may terminate or suspend an Affiliate’s participation at any time, with immediate effect, at its sole discretion.
10.2. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time. However, upon Affiliate initiated termination, no unpaid commissions will be eligible for payout.
10.3. Upon termination by either party, FXAN Group d.o.o. reserves the right to withhold any unpaid commissions, without obligation.
11.1. FXAN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program.
11.2. The Affiliate acknowledges that all discretionary decisions rest solely with FXAN Group d.o.o., and the Affiliate has no right to indemnification.
FXAN shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, system failures, or force majeure events.
13.1. FXAN processes Affiliate data in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
13.2. Affiliate performance is tracked exclusively via unique discount codes, and no personal user tracking data is shared with Affiliates.
14.1. FXAN reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time.
14.2. Changes become effective upon publication on the FXAN website.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, and the courts of the Republic of Slovenia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
By applying to and participating in the FXAN Affiliate Program, the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions enter into force on 01.07.2025.
